Function Bookings
Club Available For A Variety of Function Bookings. The Club is available for private functions and commercial hire Monday to Wednesday and any Saturday evening from 6.30pm onwards. If we do not already have your e-mail then the club needs your details. Having your current email address is important for the club to ensure you are kept fully informed of all happenings. We do not have email addresses for many members and also we are not always being notified when members change their email address. The cost of sending mail is not viable both in expenditure and resources, which are limited. Volunteer Request
Do you have some free time to spare? Are you able or willing to learn to pour a beer? Do you have a fun personality? If you can answer yes to all three questions please see Paul as your Club needs you... We are currently looking for members old or new to donate some of their time to help out with the day to day bar duties. If you are interested please speak to or phone the Club on 9690 5530 as soon as possible.
Boat Hire
No Club Boat Hire is available for the duration of the COVID-19 emergency.
Bait
For members, a limited bait supply is available to be purchased from the club. Go to the bar to organise the purchase.
Keys
All members are entitled to a key to the upstairs area (apart from bar). Only boat owners will be issued with a key to the boathouse. Contact the office on 9690 5530 to arrange.
Club Meetings
A club meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding January) at 7.30pm. All members and associate members are invited to come. The bar operates before and after the meeting with free snacks after. Look to e-news for details of any guest speakers.

New Members Access Cards
New members access cards are available for pick up from the club office. The Access cards also carry new members $100.00 credit and, allow this to be used for purchase of drinks and food at the club.
Member Handbook
It is intended that this booklet will prove of value to new members of the Club as an introduction to some of the traditions, rules and activities of the APYAC with the view to helping new members take full advantage of Club facilities and our angling, boating, and social programs. Club Constitution
Members may read the constitution at any time. Copies are on hand at the club.
Equal Opportunity Policy
The club has an equal opportunity policy. A copy is on display in the main hall.
Visitors
Members may introduce visitors to enjoy our facilities. However the same person may only be signed in on a maximum of 3 occasions.
Dress Code
Members are expected to maintain an appropriate dress standard.

Kitchen & Club
A La Carte menu: Please refer to daily specials on board. Bookings: All members are strongly recommended to book well in advance of their proposed visit. Late bookings cannot be assured of a table on their night of choice. Members are also reminded to place their meal order early or understand that with the size of our kitchen a delay of an hour or more on busy days is to be expected. Table Clearance: All members are kindly requested to clear their table of plates and glasses once they have finished dining and/or drinking at the club.

Face masks are required at all times in the Club, except when seated, eating, or drinking. Due to the Covid regulations limiting numbers, prior booking is required for dining.
